Booking Conditions - Keep for reference
Weekly bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
Provisional bookings remain firm for one week pending return of booking form and 25% deposit.
The balance is due 1 month prior to the arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as cancellation.
CANCELLATION In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately. We will attempt to re-let the property and return your payment, less a handling charge of £25.00 per cottage. If we are unable to re-let all monies will be forfeited.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE The cottages are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure.
GUEST NUMBERS The number of people occupying a cottage must not exceed the number stated without written approval from Crossways.
GROUPS - We do not normally accept large same sex groups or groups where the majority are under 21 years. ( a group being 5 or more people)
CLEANING, DAMAGE, BREAKAGES The cottages should be left clean and in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.
PETS A well behaved pet is most welcome, by arrangement. Dogs should not be left alone in the cottages or allowed to foul the gardens or childrens play area. We would kindly ask that you do not allow your dog to sit on the furniture please bring a blanket to cover it. Dogs must be kept under strict control at all times as the complex is surrounded by a working farm and sheep will be grazing in the fields bordering the grounds. Any damage caused by your pet will be the full responsibility of its owner.
In the unlikely event of your cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g. fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.
The use of accommodation and amenities including the games room, play area, play equipment, gardens and grounds is entirely at the Hirers's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's companions or guests.
We regret that we cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any car or its contents or the personal effects of the guests occupying the property.
