Whole Complex - Why not hire the whole complex for a wedding function or similar?

The farmhouse and 2 holiday cottages can sleep a total of  26 using sofa beds to sleep an additional 6 people.  Tents and camper vans would be considered at an additional cost when booking the whole complex.
